It’s an excellent light fitting .The instructions were on an A4 paper but the printing was blurred.

It was a relief to receive it after conflicting and misleading information initially on the Web site and then with emails asking for a pre order request.
Web site stated 2 in stock, 2 to 7 days delivery. Ordered. Email wanted a pre order confirming, delivery 2 to 5 weeks. Contacted, was told the delivery would be expedited. 4 days later tracking info stated order was still with sender although the order on the site stated Fulfilled.
This was my first purchase with Lightsin. My confidence at this point in Lightsin was zero.
2 days later the purchased item was delivered. Although not an excessive time to wait for delivery. The conflicting info was frustrating and worrying for a first time buyer.
