We maintain local stock for most products in the UK for prompt delivery.

The daily order cut off time is 4:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London).

- U.K. Warehosue Products Shipping Time: 3-7 business days(Monday-Friday)
- Standard Products Shipping Time: 3-4 Weeks
- Custom Products Shipping Time: 5-10 Weeks

B. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping On Orders to most cities within the UK.
Please be aware that orders delivered to the following areas may incur additional surcharges:
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Offshore Islands
- N.Ireland
- Channel Islands
- Isle Of Wight
- Isle Of Man
- Specific postal code areas: BT, FK, KA (1-26, 29, 30), PA (1-19), PH, AB, IV, KW (1-14), PH (19-40, 49, 50), PO(30-41).
Please contact us before placing an order from these areas to inquire about possible surcharges. Alternatively, we will notify you of any extra charges after your order is processed.
C. Delivery Period
We maintain transparency regarding the longer delivery times for some of our products. This is because not all items are readily available; certain products require additional time for processing and preparation. The reasons include but are not limited to:
Production Process: Some products undergo a complex manufacturing process, including production, assembly, and quality checks. In particular, handcrafted items made by artisans require time to ensure product quality.
Supply Chain Issues: Our supply chain may be affected, such as delays in raw material supply or stock shortages, leading to extended production and delivery times.
Shipping Issues: Due to material requirements, some products are manufactured overseas and shipped to our UK facility for sale. Depending on the characteristics of each product, different shipping methods may be used, resulting in varying delivery times across products.

Despite longer delivery times for some products, we guarantee that each item undergoes careful craftsmanship and strict inspection to ensure the highest quality standards. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.
E. Shipping Partners
We are proud to partner with global carriers such as UPS, Yodel, Parcel Force, DPD, FedEx, and DHL for order delivery. Our warehouse team diligently packages your orders to ensure safe transportation.
F. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Address Changes
Please note we are unable to alter the delivery address once an order is in transit. Should you need to modify the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@lightsin.co.uk.
H. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
