Can you paint rattan furniture?
Yes, rattan furniture can be painted. However, the rattan needs to be thoroughly cleaned and dried before painting. Using a specialty paint formulated for rattan material can yield the best results.
How to repair rattan furniture?
To repair rattan furniture, assess the extent of the damage. Minor damage can be fixed by re-weaving or securing loose rattan strands. More severe damage may require replacing the damaged strands of rattan and re-weaving them.
What is rattan made of?
Rattan usually refers to the natural fibers extracted from the vine plants of the palm family. These strands consist of the inner fibers of the vines, which are elastic and strong.
How to clean rattan furniture?
1、Begin by removing dust and loose dirt with a soft-bristle brush or a vacuum cleaner equipped with a brush attachment.
2、Mix a gentle detergent with warm water and gently wipe the rattan furniture's surface with a soft cloth.
3、After cleaning, use a clean damp cloth to remove any soap residue.
4、Lastly, allow the rattan furniture to air dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight or placing it in excessively hot areas to prevent the rattan from warping or cracking.

For our non-stock products with a 2-4 week delivery time, we first need to ship the items to our UK warehouse. You will receive a tracking number once the product has been dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Rest assured, our non-stock products are air-shipped to our UK warehouse. It is possible that your order might take longer than 4 weeks.
We guarantee that you will eventually receive your product. If it has been 5 weeks and you still haven't received your order, please contact our customer service team. They will provide an explanation and a solution for you.
