1. Eligibility:
This offer is available to all UK residents aged 18 and over. Simply purchase any light from Lightsin.co.uk to be eligible for your free gift. Limit one gift per order.

2.How to Claim: 
To receive your free gift, you must complete all four steps outlined above: (1) Leave a 5-star product review on our site, (2) Post a photo on Instagram, (3) Tag @lightsin_uk and use #MyLightsInStyle, (4) Email the screenshot of your post along with your order number to service@lightsin.co.uk.

3.The Gift:
Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive one (1) complimentary rattan pendant light or table lamp (your free gift).

Selection Process: To make your gift as personal as possible, we offer two ways to receive it:

1. The Surprise: If you love a fun mystery, we will select a wonderful light for you at random from our eligible collection.

2. The Preference: You are welcome to tell us your style! When you email us, you can note your preference (e.g., "I'd love a black lamp" or "I prefer a large pendant light"). We will do our best to accommodate your request based on current availability.

While we will make every effort to match requests, we cannot guarantee a specific model, colour, or design. All gifts are subject to stock availability.

Please Note: The free gift is a separate item from your original purchase and does not constitute a refund or discount on that order. In the unlikely event that an requested item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

4.Fulfilment: 

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your claim and a further 5-7 working days for delivery of your free gift. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your gift is on its way.

By tagging Lightsin and using the hashtag, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submitted photograph for promotional purposes (e.g., on our website, social media, and marketing materials).
